Garrett S. Richter, Robert P. Magrann, and Edward A. Morton

Garrett S. Richter is the Florida Market President for First Foundation Bank. Previously, he served as a founder, director, president and CEO of First National Bank of Florida and First Florida Integrity Bank. He entered the U.S. Army in 1969, where he served in Vietnam with the 75th Ranger Company. He was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge and the Bronze Star. Following his Army service, Garrett also served in the Air Force Reserves. He was elected to the Florida Senate and served two terms, including as president pro tempore from 2012 to 2016. He chaired several key committees and led the Florida Defense Support Task Force. He currently serves on the boards of DLC, Veterans Florida, and the Florida Bankers Association. Garrett is a past chairman of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Collier. He is an alumnus and past member of the Board of Regents of Leadership Florida.  Garrett holds degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin.

Robert P. Magrann is a retired senior executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, strategic planning, and logistics. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Del Monte Foods Corporation, a $4 billion entity with a broad range of consumer-packaged goods serving North America. He also held similar positions with Nabisco Brands, Borden Inc., and Tetley. Robert is a U.S. Army veteran, having served from 1965 to 1967. He served as a Huey Helicopter crew chief for the flight commander of the first Airmobile 14 Combat Aviation Battalion in South Vietnam in 1967. After his military service, he earned his MBA at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. He also earned a certificate in international economics at Wroxton College in Oxfordshire, England. Robert retired to Naples in 2005 and joined Quail Creek Country Club, serving on numerous committees and the Board of Directors as president and CEO. He joined DLC’s Board of Directors in 2016 and served as, secretary, vice chair, chairman, and chair of the Strategic Planning Committee. He now serves as DLC’s immediate past chair.

Edward A. Morton brings over 45 years of experience in leadership, finance, strategic planning, and healthcare to his role as Chairperson of DLC’s Board of Directors. He spent 34 years at NCH Healthcare System, serving as CFO, COO, and CEO, and worked as a partner of Wasmer Schroeder Strategies from 2007 to 2021. Edward served as a U.S. Army captain from 1969 to 1984, including time with the Army Materiel Command’s Special Operations Office from 1969 to 1972. Edward is deeply involved in the community, serving as a member of the Health Facilities Authority of Collier County, chairman emeritus of the Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation and trustee of Florida Gulf Coast University. He is also a director of the Greater Naples Area Board of Directors, Freedom Institute, and Collier County 100 Club. Edward is also a board member of Glencoe Diversified Holdings.
