Brian & Nicole Roland - Beloved chef, entrepreneur, and founder of Crave Culinaire, Brian Roland has been celebrated for his culinary talents, sense of community, and passion for giving back. Three years ago, at the height of his career, he faced a life-altering tragedy that reshaped his and his family’s journey.Through immense resilience and unwavering support from his wife, Nicole, daughter Remi, friends, and many others, Brian and his family have navigated the mental and physical health challenges brought on by his accident. With the importance of mental health in the forefront, Brian and Nicole are embracing a new path forward and are now publicly sharing their story of trauma and resilience while standing beside the David Lawrence Centers for Behavioral Health (DLC) as it continues its meaningful work battling the worst mental health and substance use crisis in Collier County’s history.

How will my financial support be used?
Your support helps DLC provide lifesaving behavioral health care to nearly 8,000 children, adults, seniors, and veterans each year and deliver prevention and education programs to nearly 13,000 more in our community.
